4. Community Guidelines & Conduct

To maintain our "friendly community feel," all members must adhere to the following:

• Respect: Treat all mentors, coaches, and fellow members with professional courtesy.

• No Spamming: Self-promotion, unsolicited links, or "pitching" your own services to members without explicit permission is prohibited.

• Confidentiality: Respect the privacy of the "Circle." What is shared in private coaching sessions or community threads should stay within the group.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials provided (videos, PDFs, templates, and strategies) are the property of Commission Circle. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license for personal use. You may not resell, redistribute, or "white-label" our content as your own.

6. Payments and Cancellations

• Fees: Access to certain tiers of the community and coaching requires payment of fees.

• Refund Policy: 30 Day money back.

• Subscription Management: You are responsible for managing your billing and cancellations via your member dashboard.

7. Limitation of Liability

Commission Circle and its mentors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our strategies or platform. You use the information provided at your own risk.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the community, without refund, if you violate these terms or engage in behavior that disrupts the learning environment for others.
